Anderson explains why, and what the prize makes possible.


Beyond 20M population, City sustainability becomes difficult. Reasons: Strained infrastructure, heat island, financial stress, etc.
Affordable compact helicopters (flying cars) would permit the balancing element, satellite neighborhoods (mini communities) and the city, to coexist.
