Your interview of Amy Wallace-Havens made a great impression on me for the reminder of how supposedly little things in life can be so important. This segment will probably become an assigned audio clip for the intro sociology classes that I teach, maybe in a section on interpersonal relationships or on how we deal with crises.
I'm glad that his sister was willing to share these painful and happy memories. Thanks!
